Who said that Mad March was the only time that Adelaide comes alive? We’ve been blessed with an array of activities since the end of our festival season and the latest one to arrive on the scene and bring life back into winter is The Lodge, the Adelaide Casino‘s new pop-up bar.
Located in the historic entrance hall at the casino, The Lodge wants to bring you the best of winter drinks and eats in one place. Delicious concoctions on offer include Rekorderlig‘s new spiced apple cider (served cold or hot), a salted caramel hot chocolate spiked with Makers Mark as well as a hot buttered rum.
Mangia Mangia – Andre Ursini’s pop-up venture – will be serving up piping hot zeppoles with a range of toppings like hot brandy cream to chocolate and Frangelico. And if sweets aren’t your thing, you can also grab a cheese platter to enjoy with your drinks.
And what is a bar without some entertainment? There is live music each night from 8pm onwards to create the perfect relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a drink with your friends.
The Lodge is open every Friday and Saturday night from 5pm-1am until Saturday, August 19.
